1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer complimentary Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required.

While we offer free shipping, please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and other external factors.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24-72 hours(excluding weekends and holidays), allowing you to check the status of your shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Novixand is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes that may be applied to your order upon its arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

5. Damaged or Lost Orders

While we entrust our packages to reliable carriers, Novixand is not liable for any products damaged or lost during the shipping process.

If you have received your order and it is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We advise you to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing. Please also contact us at thenovixand@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you with the process.

6. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Novixand is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.
